The best part of creating this, was getting to use all those scraps from other layouts

I made the Bon Bons out of A4 white card stock and decorated...I also decorated the medium size match boxes and added little hidden treats in them and to finish I made little serviette rings....

This week-end I experienced my first Scrapbook Retreat with Ann from Qld Scrapbooking Retreats

Can i just say...I had a ball....

I sat next to a lady who was disappointed she had only got 8 pages done on her first day.......I was thinking "gee I had only done 1"...she said she usually does anywhere between 30-40 layouts done at a retreat.....I saw her layouts and they were really nice.....how she gets that many done, I have no idea....While she was on a roll others were very social and just enjoying the week-end away....

I just had to take this photo, it looked like organized chaos, I was worried I took way to much.....OMG some had triple what I had taken....and scrap the night away is an under statement, you were able to scrapbook from 7.30am to 1am the next morning....now that's a lot of scrapping time....We had a dress up Country and Western night on the Saturday night with a bit of boot scooting thrown in....

It was a great week-end had by all...

These girls got right into the sprit of things and dressed up while others like myself settle for jeans, checked shirts and cowgirl hats...

We hope everybody had a great Christmas....Both Lesley and I have had a nice break, but we are also ready to have a great 2011... The January Class timetable has been uploaded. You will notice a few changes in the classes. As most of you know, Lesley goes to Church a couple of times a week and at the start of every year her times change...Which means we've had to make changes to the Timetable, so please make sure you have a good read.. We wouldnt want you to turn up and there be no class because we've changed it... I am happy to introduce a couple of new class in 2011...We will have a Card making class on Tuesday night at 7pm..... and.....are you waiting for it..... I will be doing classes for those who are addicted to Copic Markers.....We now have the markers in store...I have started off small but intent to extent the range that we stock over the next couple of weeks.... The picture below is me having a play, and let me tell you...they are the best thing since sliced bread...Well that's until something else grabs my attention.... (See timetable for our Copic Beginners) We will make this class a regular in our timetable once things get back to normal....(Feb) Seats in this class will be kept low, so make sure you book in early...I will put on extra classes if needed...

We have just put our top up stock of these on the shelves....

These will look great to finish off any last minute Christmas project.

And for those of you who are more organized than the rest of us...

If your feel like getting creative, why not try one of these projects to keep you busy.... I have use a 9 hole Kaisercraft but they are available in 12 hole... and below I have done a small 8x8 wall frame to match... Both a very easy to do...They look great in soft colours as well... I am in the middle of doing a English rose gift set....and it looks great..I will post photos once I have finished the set. The set had around 6 projects in all.... But will be a good start for Mothers Day....I know its months away but it just like Christmas will be here before you know it....

These will look good in any colour combinations and look amazing on any Christmas table. In this set i have made the Bon Bon's big enough to add little treats or gifts inside

I have also made a serviette ring, little gift box in 3 sizes as well as a Christmas card.

A lot off fun was had making these....
